Target market determinations
[TO BE COMPLETED] The Tycoon Real Income Fund is a retail product and requires a target market determination under Part 7.8A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Publish the current TMD here with its effective date and review period. Confirm with compliance whether determinations are required for any other product.
Target returns
Every return figure published on this site is a target. Targets are not forecasts, are not guaranteed, and a fund may not meet them. The relevant Product Disclosure Statement or Information Memorandum sets out how each target is calculated and the assumptions behind it.
Conflicts of interest
The trustee and manager of the Tycoon Core Income Fund may receive loan establishment, variation and discharge fees from borrowers. These fees are retained and are not paid to the fund. This is disclosed in the Information Memorandum.
